D/B/A Quench Innovations (“QI”)
All Atmospheric Water Generator LLC. (“AwG”) units are thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. Each unit is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and material for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. Should any problem develop during this period, contact Quench Innovations for instructions. Warranty units may need to be brought back to the AwG for Factory Warranty service. If inspection shows that the problem is caused by defective manufacturer workmanship or material, the factory will repair (at its option) or replace the faulty component without charge.

Be sure to include a letter of explanation in the carton detailing the problem with your part. COD’s will not be accepted. ALL RETURNED PARTS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY Q.I. with a Q.I. issued RMA (Return Material Authorization) code. Unclaimed units will be subject to a storage charge.
Units and Parts are covered by One Year Limited in Factory Warranty. IF ONLY ONE PART of the unit is exchanged, only 90 days warranty for that replaced part.
Factory Labor only applies to the Limited Warranty period.
Coverage applies to the original owner only. WARRANTY CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.

Warranty does not apply if:
- Repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorized persons by Q.I.
- Power Source voltage is not proper – different than required.
- Repairs are required resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Operating conditions are inadequate.
- Pump damage due to it running dry.
- Required routine service has not been maintained
- The system has been abused, misused, or not properly maintained.
- Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning strike, or flooding.
Q.I. is not responsible for any loss of business, damage to any structure, flood, or insulation or repair charges.
Q.I. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the sale or use or the failure of this product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of the warranty. WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. Any legal complaints must be addressed to Polk County, Florida, USA.
NO REFUNDS ON INSTALLED EQUIPMENT OR CUSTOM-MADE EQUIPMENT. ALL SHIPPING FOB Q.I. FACTORY. CLAIMS FOR EQUIPMENT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. ALL WARRANTY WORK MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY Q.I.
For all commercial products the following terms apply:
- All parts and labor are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
- Commercial Units are Limited to ONE (1) Exchange.
- It is strongly recommended that the new equipment be commissioned by a FACTORY-TRAINED TECHNICIAN OR A REPUTABLE & EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL HVAC COMPANY AS AUTHORIZED BY Q.I.
- Equipment not properly installed (or commissioned) will not be covered under warranty if it is determined that the installation was performed improperly.
- Properly Commissioned equipment will be covered by a parts-only warranty. Labor must be performed by an authorized HVAC service company. Alternatively, the equipment can be sent back to the factory for evaluation.
- Labor outside the factory is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Shipping Charges:
Items purchased from Q.I. were originally shipped from Q.I. Factory directly to end-user within the USA:
During the first 90 days after the purchase, Quench Innovations will pay return shipping charges to the factory for those units originally shipped by Quench Innovations to the customer. If the claim falls under the terms of the warranty policy, Quench Innovations will pay return freight charges to be the customer. After 90 days warranty returns must be shipped prepaid. If the claim falls under the warranty policy, Quench Innovations will return the unit freight prepaid. After one year, all freight charges for all warranty claims are paid by the customer.
Items purchased from Q.I. that were originally picked up at our FACTORY location directly to end-user outside of USA:
All warranty shipping charges for international sales and items originally picked up at our Factory location are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Warranty covers parts only, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Major Components, like Compressors, Pumps, and Motors are covered separately by one (1) year warranty by their separate manufacturers and may also be subject to that warranty policy. All Q.I. Commercial and Industrial equipment is covered by a one-year warranty.
Returns that are made for reasons other than warranty must be made within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Freight charges will not be refunded.
Returns must be shipped [prepaid] in the original carton with ALL parts included. Equipment must be in the same re-sellable condition as it was when it left the factory. Refunds will be made at the discretion of Q.I. If a customer REFUSES shipment, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay return freight charges to the factory.
For international customers, return freight and handling is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Outside of the United States: Customs, Duty, Border tax, Brokerage, etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS. This warranty pertains to FACTORY components.
Q.I. does not warrant the suitability of Q.I. products to other applications chosen by the purchaser. Q.I. does not warrant the installation of products that are not commissioned by Q.I. FACTORY. Adequate power supply, humidity, cooling, and/or heating capacity are the responsibility of the purchaser. Q.I. takes no responsibility for component selection or sizing of units.
